Foreclosure FAQ... |
 |
We know you will have questions concerning the foreclosure process, your options, and what we can do for you. Please take a few moments and look over a few questions that some of our past clients have asked along with our answers. |
If you have any other questions that are not listed here, give us a call or Contact Us and will will be happy to address any of your questions or concerns. |
How long does it take for you to complete the case once we fill out all of the paperwork?
Your case can be completed in as little as 2 days. Your case can be stretched out up to 10 weeks depending on your situation and financial capability. The length of time for a workout approval may also largely be dependant on the reason for your default. |
|
How successful and experienced is your firm at resolving foreclosure?
Our success rate is over 90%. The case that is not successful is the situation in which a client does not provide accurate information regarding their current situation (example - bankruptcy, financial data, taxes, or employment). |
|
Do I have enough time to stop my foreclosure?
Until the auction occurs there is enough time for a homeowner to stop their foreclosure. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, and action should be taken as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, a foreclosure can be stopped through Foreclosure Assistance's mediation services in approximately 4-6 weeks. For homeowners with a sale date set for their property, the process moves much more quickly. We have even stopped foreclosure the same day we were contacted. Your situation can be resolved up until the day before the sale, but it is highly recommended to act as quickly as possible. |
|
What advantages are there in using Foreclosure Assistance services instead of other mediation or debt consolidation firms?
We are so confident in our services we will put it in writing. Other foreclosure prevention companies may attempt to resolve your situation, but are unsuccessful due to inexperience and lack of market knowledge. When this occurs, you lose valuable time and often cannot ultimately stop your foreclosure in time before auction. We are foreclosure mediators and will carefully analyze your financial situation while finding the best solution for you. |

What is the cost for you to mediate and stop my foreclosure?
A consultation to analyze your specific situation is completely FREE. One of our qualified consultants can evaluate your case and explain your best options to save your home, often times at no cost. Once a complete evaluation occurs, a price will be determined. Our services begin at only $295. Please call us today to better understand your current situation and options at (317) 856-1479. |
