How Our Lease To Own Program Works

The Lease to Own program was developed as a solution to the difficulties experienced by many families who were not able to enjoy the benefits of home ownership or those not quite ready to purchase a home.

The Lease to Own plan is simple...you find one of our beautiful homes to lease. During the period you lease (depending on the program you choose) from 5% - 30% of your monthly lease payment will be applied to your purchase. Should you choose to buy the home, your first step will be contacting a lender of your choice and obtain financing. At closing, your lease credit is applied to your down payment, closing costs or a reduction in the purchase price. Application of this lease credit depends upon your lender's rules and requirements.

Please note, our Lease To Own homes, both current and future properties, are exclusive to the Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
